We founded 1800lots.com as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare land and lots.

Many of the lots we buy are in rural or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban, and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.

1800lots.com is based in Houston. However, we are currently buying properties throughout Texas and other areas.

Luciano Aires

Luciano holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the most prestigious University of Brazil. After working in several countries, and in upper management roles within the Oil & Gas industry, he decided to pursue an MBA for Executives from Rice University.

Luciano’s passion for Real Estate pressed him to leave corporate life and dedicate his time to helping people in distress situations in real estate. Why Houston? It is amongst the best places to live. His goal is to serve the community with the highest standards. Luciano is multilingual in French, Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
